Kyle Cherek: Milwaukee's Dining Scene Is At A Tipping Point

Kevin J. Miyazaki/PLATE

Wisconsin Foodiehost Kyle Cherek believes this is a pivotal moment of Milwaukee's dining scene.

Kyle Cherek, a regular writer and commentator about all things food and dining for Lake Effect, explains why to Bonnie North.

"When I look around and I start assessing the fabric that's pulling together in our dining scene, we now have our own momentum and we're not looking over our shoulder at all," Cherek says.
