Servant leadership may sound oxymoronic, but authors Keith Clark and Mike Panther make a compelling case for why it works. They are the authors of Leadership: The Art of Empowering. Keith Clark is a Capuchin-Franciscan priest and teacher, and the director of Monte Alverno Retreat & Spirituality Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. Mike Panther is a retired executive who spent more than 30 years in manufacturing and operations. He joined us on the phone from his home in South Carolina. They'll be giving a presentation on March 30th on their book and leadership at Cardinal Stritch University.
