Mike Zellmer is instructional administrator for Franklin Public Schools; Tony Frontier is director of curriculum and instruction for Whitefish Bay. They worked on a survey of Wisconsin educators about the cost of administering the Wisconsin Knowledge and Concepts Exam (WKCE). The survey was conducted by the Wisconsin Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. Zellmer and Frontier discuss responses to the survey, and the cost of the No Child Left Behind law in Wisconsin, with Jane Hampden.
