Filtering Water in Africa

J.B. Dill is a student from Mequon. His water filter was one of five projects to win A Net Aid Global Action Award for fighting poverty. Sara Prince spoke with J.B. from his parents' home in Anguilla. Dill attended University School of Milwaukee then The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey. He took a year off after graduation to test his water filter in Ghana. He heads to Bowdoin College in Maine this fall to major in government.

Dr. Robert Morris is a Brookfield dentist and adjunct professor at Marquette's School of Dentistry. Village of Saukville officials are considering stopping the practice of adding fluoride to the community's water. Dr. Morris supports the addition of fluoride to municipal water. Dr. Edward "Rocky" Kolb is a professor of astronomy and astrophysics at the University of Chicago, and founding head of the NASA/Fermilab Astrophysics Group. He was in Milwaukee earlier this year giving the annual George Coyne lecture at Marquette University. His interview with Bonnie North first aired on Lake Effect last February.
