Milwaukee real estate magnate Joseph Zilber, founded Milwaukee's Towne Realty in 1949, and is currently chairman of Zilber Ltd. His private enterprise extends from Florida to Wisconsin to Hawaii, where he lives much of the year. he spoke with Jane Hampden last month. Joseph Zilber, who will be 90 in November, announced this week that his charitable foundation will donate 50 million dollars to Milwaukee insitutions, organizations, and charities, including 30 million to the Marquette University Law School.
