Pam Mehnert is general manager of Outpost Natural Foods in Milwaukee. Outpost and other food co-ops in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa are joining together to raise money for Midwestern farmers whose crops were destroyed by last week's storms. Mehnert talks with Jane Hampden.

Adam Siegel is executive chef at Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro and Bacchus, he's also Bartolotta's corporate chef. He was nominated this year by the James Beard Foundation for best chef in the Midwest. The award went to Celina Tio of The American Restaurant in Kansas City.
