Mike Barber is chief technology officer for GE Healthcare, based in Waukesha. He grew up in Milwaukee, graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and has spent his entire career with GE. He talks with Mitch Teich in an interview that first aired on Lake Effect in September.
Ted Kooser was United States Poet Laureate from 2004 to 2006. He’s a professor of English at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and author of eleven poetry collections. He gave the second annual Medical Humanities lecture at the Medical College of Wisconsin last week. He speaks with Bonnie North.
