Marc Schug is an emeritus professor in curriculum and instruction at UW-Milwaukee and a researcher on a new study from the conservative Wisconsin Policy Research Institute in Theinsville. The report is titled Preparing Effective Teachers for the Milwaukee Public Schools. He talks with Jane Hampden.
Maralyn Wellauer-Lenius is author of the new Images of America book on the Milwaukee Police Department, part of a series of local photo histories from Arcadia Publishing.
Aryn Kyle is author of the novel, The God of Animals. It’s adapted from a short story Kyle wrote for The Atlantic Monthly. She talked with Mitch Teich last summer, and she’ll be back in Milwaukee Saturday afternoon for a reading at the Schwartz Bookshop in Shorewood.
