Marc Schug is an emeritus professor in curriculum and instruction at UW-Milwaukee and a researcher on a new study from the conservative Wisconsin Policy Research Institute in Theinsville. The report is titled Preparing Effective Teachers for the Milwaukee Public Schools. He talks with Jane Hampden.
