Thelma Sias is one of Wisconsin’s 92 delegates to the Democratic National Convention. She is a first-time delegate and is a pledged Barack Obama delegate from the fourth Congressional district. Back home, she's a vice president of local affairs for WE Energies. She spoke with Mitch Teich by phone from Denver.
