Elizabeth Burmaster is Wisconsin Superintendent of Public Instruction. She will soon become president of the Council of Chief State Superintendents, which is reviewing the No Child Left Behind Law in advance of its upcoming reauthorization.
Mike Mueller is business manager for Local 494 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Dick Neimon is a former president of the local. He and Art McLaughlin are retired from the field. The three talk with Mitch Teich about the local's one hundredth anniversary.
