Race for the 22nd

Yash Wadhwa is the Republican running to represent the 22nd Assembly District, which covers much of the north shore.  Sandy Pasch is the Democrat.   The seat is being vacated by Democrat Sheldon Wasserman, who is running for the State Senate.  Tomorrow on the program, we’ll meet the candidates for another open seat - the 24th Assembly District.

Milwaukee panorama painters at work. Tom Lidtke is the Executive Director of the Museum of Wisconsin Art in West Bend.  Antje Perry is the Assistant Director of the Max Kade Institute for German American Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  They spoke with Bonnie North.  The Museum, the Kade Institute and the Milwaukee Historical Society are sponsoring an international conference on the history of panorama painting in Milwaukee this Saturday, at the Museum of Wisconsin Art in West Bend.
