Deanna Inniss is the retail recruiter for Milwaukee Downtown, also known as Business Improvement District #21. She's also the owner of a children’s wear shop in the Historic Third Ward called "Freckle Face Boutique." Inniss tells Mitch Teich that she believes the effort to attract national companies and local entrepreneurs to Milwaukee’s downtown can succeed, even before the rest of the economy improves.
