Christine Specht is the President and COO of Cousins Subs. The Menomonee Falls-based company has more than 150 stores in the Upper Midwest and Arizona. Specht was named President of the company last year – it was co-founded by her dad, Bill Specht, Senior and his cousin Jim Sheppard.
