Adrian Schriel is a stage director and producer based in Basel, Switzerland, who has been researching Mildred Harnack's life for more than two decades. Jade Wu is an award-winning writer and documentary filmmaker as well as the executive director of the New York-based Golden Phoenix Productions, which is producing the documentary on Harnack, titled Number 228. Wu and Schriel spoke with Stephanie Lecci. The film is set to be completed by early 2010.
Ray Fister is Lake Effect's regular wine contributor to our Good Fermentations segment and the co-creator and voice of the wine blog and podcast "Life Between the Vines," which seeks to make wine less scary through "entertaining interviews with winery owners, wine makers and wine lovers of all kinds."
