L.G. Shanklin-Flowers is a program manager at the Women's Fund of Greater Milwaukee; Amina Nur is the Milwaukee-based Public Ally for the White House Project and the Women's Fund. They're helping organize the "Wisconsin Go Run" program Friday and Saturday in Milwaukee, to help train women for careers in politics.

With seasonal and H1N1 flu strains making their way through the population, Dr. Dan Hagerman discusses what's important about vaccines. Dan Hagerman is a pediatrician and medical director at the Cedar Mills Medical Group in Cedarburg. He'll speak about vaccines at a seminar at the Columbia Center hospital in Mequon Thursday evening.
