Barbara Ehrenreich’s newest book is Bright-Sided: How the Relentless Promotion of Positive Thinking has Undermined America. She was in Milwaukee last week to read from and discuss her book at Alverno College.
Curt Bonk is a Professor of Instructional Systems Technology at Indiana University and the author of the new book, The World is Open: How Web Technology Is Revolutionizing Education, published by Jossey-Bass. Bonk grew up in the Milwaukee area and has degrees from UW-Madison and UW-Whitewater. He spoke with Mitch Teich.

Dr. Janos Marton is the director of the Living Museum at Creedmore Psychiatric Center in Queens, NY. Alexandra Plattenburg is the curator at the Living Museum. Dr. Bruce Moon is the director of the Art Therapy Program at Mt. Mary College. The traveling exhibit, Divinity and Madness, is on view at Mt. Mary through December 10th.
