United Nations Taps Milwaukee to Tackle Water Issues
By LaToya Dennis
April 28, 2009 | WUWM | Milwaukee, WI

The Compact directs the cities to tackle global issues, such as the lack of safe drinking water in developing countries. Rich Meeusen is co-chair of the Milwaukee Water Council. He spoke to WUWM’s LaToya Dennis about the designation.
