Economy Puts More Local Tradesmen on the Sidelines
By Bob Bach
November 17, 2009 | WUWM | Milwaukee, WI

Balistreri heads up the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council. It negotiates project agreements on behalf of union workers.
