Study Finds Neighborhood Schools Not Being Used By LaToya Dennis

A new study released by a Wisconsin-based think tank found that the majority of kids in Milwaukee Public Schools are deciding not to attend their neighborhood schools. Brian Fraley is with the MacIver Institute, the organization that completed the study. He spoke to WUWM’s LaToya Dennis about the findings.
