Capitol Notes: What's the hold up on PFAS? And the latest on Wisconsin Congressional Races!

The South Milwaukee Water Utility has detected PFAS and PFOA compounds at levels of around 2 parts per trillion in Lake Michigan drinking water. The Wisconsin DNR has found that some groundwater samples in the state have between 4-10 parts per trillion (which is above Wisconsin Health Guideline value).
