It’s a guide to all-things-food related, such as preserving food, top tools, raising animals, and even knife lessons.
Dining critic, senior editor, and Lake Effect contributor Ann Christenson edited the section. She spoke with Dan Harmon over the phone to give the back story of this year's guide, and a preview of the many sections - both expected and surprising - local cooks will find helpful.
