Looking Back at FDR's Nomination, 60 Years Ago

On the day when the Republican Party nominates George W. Bush to serve four more years in office, NPR's Scott Horsley looks back at another president who was nominated 60 years ago. Horsley says Franklin D. Roosevelt wasn't even present at the Democratic Convention in 1944, but went on to win anyway.
