Minnesota Emerges as a Swing State

The battle for Minnesota's 10 electoral votes is reportedly closer than it has been in years. The state has long been reliably Democratic; it has gone longer than any other without voting for a Republican, since 1972. But this year, Minnesota looks to be considerably closer. NPR's David Welna reports.
