Hope VI Housing Program Faces Cuts in New Budget

Among programs facing elimination in President Bush's proposed 2006 budget is the Department of Housing and Urban Development's controversial Hope VI public housing revitalization program. NPR's Ed Gordon discusses the program with Renee Lewis Glover, CEO of the Atlanta Housing Authority, and Michael Liu, assistant secretary for the Office of Public and Indian Housing at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
