A developer announced plans on Wednesday fora new five-story building to be constructed in the "The Brewery " neighborhood. The Brewery - a mixed-use development - is located on the northern edge of downtown Milwaukee, on the grounds of the former Pabst Brewery.
The new Pabst Business Center will be built on land that is currently vacant along Juneau Avenue and will have space for offices and parking.
"The Brewery" still is being redeveloped. Planners have worked office, residential, hotel and other uses into the development.
