Gov. Scott Walker will head to Palm Springs, California this weekend, to attend the winter meeting of Freedom Partners, a Koch brothers' organization.
Freedom Partners promotes the benefits of a free market society and reportedly oversees a network of political groups for conservative billionaire brothers David and Charles Koch.
Other politicians testing the water for a possible presidential bid in 2016 are also expected to attend the event.
In recent days, Walker's campaign manager also confirmed the Republican governor will appear at a conservative political gathering in Iowa Saturday and speak at a conference in Washington D.C. at the conservative Political Action Conference, next month.
