Tuesday on Lake Effect: gun violence experiences, history of Ho Chunk Nation, Stephen Hull Experience, Wisconsin/Illinois border creation

Today on Lake Effect, a local community organizer talks about his experiences with gun violence, the people he’s lost, and his work helping other young people find new purpose in life. Then, we’ll learn about the history of the Ho Chunk Nation in Wisconsin. We'll hear music from Racine blues musician Stephen Hull. Plus, we'll learn how Chicago almost became part of Wisconsin.
