NATO Leaders Meet for Talks on Iraq

A day after France, Germany and Belgium veto NATO plans that would provide military support to Turkey in the event of a war with Iraq, NATO ambassadors meet in Brussels, Belgium, to try to resolve differences over a possible war. U.S. officials say the deadlock won't delay their military planning. Hear NPR's Nick Spicer and NPR's Michele Kelemen.
