James Suroweicki and 'The Wisdom of Crowds'

In his book The Wisdom of Crowds, James Suroweicki favorably compares the judgment of the group with the brilliance of lone genius. The New Yorker writer explores his theories with NPR's Scott Simon, aided by tourists at New York City's Grand Central Station.
