The iconic PBS program Firing Line with William F. Buckley ran from 1966 to 1999. The show was known as a platform for debate and discussion for everything from politics to philosophical issues with experts. It was the longest running program with a single host in television history. And with over 1,000 programs in the archive at the Hoover Institution, it has quite the legacy.

Bronzeville was one of Milwaukee’s early African American neighborhoods, and the new documentary Remembering Bronzeville showcases its people and history. The film tells the story of this resilient neighborhood through interviews and archival footage brought together by documentary filmmaker Mark Doremus and his wife, Marquette journalism professor Karen Slattery.

Towering over the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas is a giant statue of Jesus known as Christ of the Ozarks. This seven-story-tall white statue peers over the residents of Eureka Springs and one of its main attractions: the Great Passion Play. It's a fully-produced reenactment of the life and crucifixion of Jesus Christ in an amphitheater that seats thousands.

Over the past decade, the number of teen suicides in Wisconsin has steadily risen. A new documentary from Milwaukee PBS features four young Wisconsinites who have all contemplated suicide. 

The Kids in Crisis documentary is an extension of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel series by the same name, which explores this mental health crisis.
