Filmmaker Hanna Elias also wrote and directed The Olive Harvest, a West Bank love story that he made with a Palestinian cast and an Israeli crew.

Robert Siegel meets with Palestinian filmmaker Hanna Elias. He is dubbing the movie Gandhi into Arabic -- with the hope of bringing the Indian leader's message of non-violence to a different part of the world. It's a project that is more radical than it might at first seem.
