Milwaukee Bike Courier Braves Arctic Blast

While many people holed up at home or in a warm office Monday, to escape the record-breaking cold weather, some in the Milwaukee area weren’t so lucky.

We caught up with Steven Feih, who was gearing up for a full day outdoors. Feih owns Milwaukee Courier Company. He makes same-day deliveries around town, including court filings and bank deposits.

Feih says he works no matter the weather. He prepared for Monday's arctic blast with several layers of clothing, ski goggles and full face protection.

He says the blessing Monday was sunshine. Clouds, ice and snow make for a much more miserable workday, he says.

This week's sub-zero temperatures are skin-threatening and potentially life-threatening. The dangerously cold air is expected to stick around through Tuesday afternoon.
