Wednesday 7/3/24: RNC economic impact, McKinley Beach reopens, tick checks, Animal Behavior Program

Today on Lake Effect, we look at the projected economic impact of the RNC in Milwaukee and compare that with Cleveland, which hosted the RNC in 2016. We learn how Milwaukee County Parks redesigned McKinley Beach to make it safer for swimmers. We look at how UW-Madison researchers are using mannequins to learn how to spot ticks. Plus, learn about Carroll University’s Animal Behavior Program.
