From going for a walk to petting an animal, there are many simple ways to stay mentally healthy. Chancellor Mark Mone and WUWM’s General Manager David Lee talk to UWM staff members Dr. Aamir Siddiqi, Erika Hess, Officer Mindy Wucherer and K-9 Officer Ezmae about actions that can keep us feeling good.

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee produces the UWM Chancellor’s Report and Curious Campus, a show about science, discovery and culture.
