Confirmation Hearings Begin for John Bolton

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee begins debating the nomination of John Bolton as the next U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations on Monday. NPR's Ed Gordon talks with Princeton Lyman, a senior fellow with the Council on Foreign Relations, and Frank Gaffney Junior, president of the Center for Security Policy about Bolton's politics and the impact he could have on the U.N. if confirmed.
