A new group hopes to spur startup businesses in Wisconsin - with an influx of money. BrightStar is headed by angel investor Tom Shannon. He says so far, the founding donors have committed six million dollars. Shannon insists Wisconsin already has most pieces in place to create new jobs, including an educated workforce and innovative ideas in the UW System. He says what's missing, is investors willing to take a risk.
