
Eileen Dubner
Advisory Board Member, Past ChairA Milwaukee native, Eileen Dubner has been a community volunteer since moving back to Milwaukee in 1974. She has worked with a number of nonprofit organizations to develop and enhance their marketing and public relations efforts. She was the president of The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra League, and chair and founding member of the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Show House. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra, Literacy Services of Wisconsin and the Artist Series at the Pabst. Eileen has also been a tutor for Our Next Generation students.
Eileen joined the WUWM Advisory Board in 2009.
She says, “I am excited to share my time with WUWM. Public radio plays a crucial role in our community. WUWM reporters are passionate about the stories they write and tell. I want to enthusiastically support their efforts to inform and entertain listeners locally and nationally.”
