Problems at the state’s troubled youth prison, Lincoln Hills, continue to come to light. Complaints regarding inmate treatment have surfaced over the last two years while at the same time, reports have also surfaced about teens attacking guards. A federal probe of the facility continues.
"Every week or two we learn about some new aspect of Lincoln Hills we didn't know about such as all the sexual harassment that women workers face there from inmates," says reporter Patrick Marley. Just last week, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel published a report detailing how women are taunted routinely by some of the inmates.
