Andy Kochanski acted within the law, when he shot and killed an armed robber, according to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
He owns Kochanski's Concertina Beer Hall on Milwaukee's south side.
Last week, three armed people entered the hall, attempting to rob it. Kochanski drew a handgun and shot one intruder, who died on the scene. The other two fled.
The DA's office says it could still file charges against the others.
