Noah talks with NPR's Peter Kenyon about Senate efforts to finish up a huge spending bill aimed at keeping large sections of the federal government operating. The legislation includes immigration reform provisions, funds for airline security measures, and a controversial bill that expands private corporate sponsorship of national parks and monuments.
