Sniper Case Sparks Debate on Juvenile Justice

The juvenile suspect in the Washington, D.C.-area sniper case is being held as an adult in a Virginia jail. That's sparking debate over whether underage defendants should enter the adult criminal justice system. NPR's Brian Naylor reports.
