Home sales in July jumped 18.7%, according to the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, compared with July of 2012.
Sales grew in each of the four counties, with Waukesha experiencing the greatest increase in raw numbers of sales.
In the 4-County area there were a total of 1,978 homes sold in July, compared to 1,666 in July of 2012.
July sales in Counties:

-- Waukesha: (2012) 505, (2013) 639, + 26.5%
-- Washington: (2012) 145, (2013) 203, +40.0%
-- Ozaukee: (2012) 117, (2013) 145, + 23.9%
-- Four County Area: (2012) 1,666, (2013) 1,978, + 18.7%
Sales from January - July, 2013 are at the same level, as during the early 2000s (10,571 homes sold.)
