Author Brings First Annual Paranormal Conference to Milwaukee

teakrulos.com

Milwaukee writer Tea Krulos isn’t holding any ordinary launch event for his new book.  Instead, he’s holding a conference - and it’s definitely not any ordinary conference.

It’s the first annual Milwaukee Paranormal Conference inspired by his new book, called Monster Hunters: On the Trail with Ghost Hunters, Bigfooters, Ufologists, and Other Paranormal Investigators. For fifteen months Krulos joined the Paranormal Investigators of Milwaukee on their many investigations around the city in places both public and private. He has also spent time monster hunting around the country.

Although he isn't new to writing on strange topics, Krulos says this book is really about the people he met and the characters they became.  "I just wanted to get material by joining them out in the field and learning all about what they do."

The Para-Con, as it is lovingly called, is the first conference of its kind since 2005. It will be held at the Irish Cultural and Heritage Center this Saturday, and tickets are completely free for all.
