The latest Marquette Law School poll shows Gov. Scott Walker leading his Democratic challenger Mary Burke, 50 to 43 percent among likely voters.
This is outside the margin of error of three percent.
The poll was released Wednesday and is the final tally before the Nov. 4 election. It shows the race is still tight among registered voters, with Walker leading Burke 46 to 45 percent.
In the Marquette poll released two weeks ago, Walker and Burke were tied at 47 percent among likely voters.
Wednesday's poll also shows Republican Attorney General hopeful Brad Schimel with a slight lead over Democratic challenger Susan Happ.
Schimel has 43 percent support among likely voters, compared to 39 percent for Happ.
