Friday on Lake Effect: Marquette Law School Poll, Commercial Real Estate, Homelessness

Friday on Lake Effect

The Marquette Law School Poll is shifting its focus to the COVID-19 pandemic. We examine how it's impacting the election and how people are reacting. Then, how the stay-at-home order and the looming recession are impacting real estate projects in the area. Then, Milwaukee’s homeless are some of the most vulnerable during the coronavirus pandemic, and we look at some ways to help them. Plus, we learn how a Milwaukee church is honoring a homeless man one year after his death.

Guests:

  • Charles Franklin, director of the Marquette Law School Poll
  • Tom Daykin, reporter covering commercial real estate for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
  • Amy Rowell, development director for the Guest House of Milwaukee
  • Barbara Miner, Lake Effect contributing producer
