Wednesday on Lake Effect:

We remember the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. on the 50th anniversary of his assassination. We hear from his youngest daughter, Dr. Bernice King, who was in Milwaukee last month to speak about his legacy at the Pabst Theatre, and from essayist Marnie Maminga, who recalls her 1968 spring break in Washington, DC that erupted into riots after King's death. Later, we meet Waukesha resident and lawyer Jonathan Ficke who has won a prestigious science fiction short story competition, and we have an in studio performance from the band, Birds of Chicago.
