We learn how Wisconsinites turn out to be a pretty generous bunch. Then, the Wisconsin Policy Forum examines relatively noncontroversial 2019 budgets at the city and county level in Milwaukee.  Poet Andrea Gibson wishes more people would turn out at poetry readings. Plus, writer Kim Suhr’s new collection of short fiction and the Public Museum’s focus on frogs.
