Historian John Gurda and former architecture critic Whitney Gould, discuss the evolution and transformation of the area. Then, photographer Paul Bialas talking about his work documenting the once abandoned brewery site. Later, the owner of Milwaukee Brewing Company and Pabst Milwaukee's head brewer talk about their craft. Plus, musicians Trapper and Tanner Schoepp underscore the evening as the show's house band.
