Doctor's Work in North Korea Sparks Fierce Debate

German physician Norbert Vollersten, who did medical volunteer work in North Korea, is barred from that nation and China. He was expelled for exposing human rights abuses. Critics say his actions also raised international tensions and put others at risk. Vollersten speaks with NPR's Scott Simon.
