Ending Corporate Discrimination

Ten years ago, the Denny's restaurant chain was forced to pay a $54-million settlement in a class-action suit charging it discriminated against African Americans. But discrimination in the corporate world persists. NPR's Tony Cox discusses what it takes to change corporate culture with U.T. Saunders, an organizational-development consultant, and Rachel Hood, director of corporate diversity at Denny's.
